2. Client Obligations

As a client engaging Deep Contrast for services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the premises and specific cleaning requirements.
• Ensure safe access to the premises for our personnel and equipment at the agreed-upon times.
• Secure or remove any valuables, fragile items, or hazardous materials from the areas to be cleaned, or clearly communicate their presence and handling instructions.
• Make timely payments for services rendered as per the agreed terms.
• Inform us promptly of any concerns or issues with the service quality.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement or quotation provided to you. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt or within the period specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services and may incur late payment charges.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must notify Deep Contrast of any service cancellation or rescheduling request within a reasonable timeframe, typically at least 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled service, to avoid potential cancellation fees. Specific terms regarding cancellations will be detailed in your service agreement.

5. Liability

Deep Contrast maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its operations. While we take utmost care, Deep Contrast shall not be liable for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or faulty materials. Our liability for any damage directly caused by our personnel's negligence will be limited to the cost of repair or replacement, or the value of the service provided, whichever is lower. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Confidentiality

Deep Contrast respects the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All information shared with us for the purpose of service provision will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Amendments to Terms

Deep Contrast reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our online platform, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
